1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using SmartBuys, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
SmartBuys provides business intelligence tools for Amazon FBA sellers including profit tracking, equity calculation, cashflow forecasting and buying recommendations. The service is provided as-is. While we aim for accuracy, you should not rely solely on SmartBuys data for financial decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You must not use SmartBuys to access data belonging to another seller without their explicit permission.
4. Amazon data
By connecting your Amazon account, you authorise SmartBuys to access your seller data via the Amazon SP-API. You can revoke this access at any time via Amazon Seller Central. You remain responsible for your Amazon account and ensuring your use of SmartBuys complies with Amazon's policies.
5. Analytics, Sales Estimator, and Model Improvement
By connecting your Amazon account and using SmartBuys, you agree that we may:
- Analyse your Amazon sales data (prices, quantities, order dates, ASINs, and product categories) to provide Sales Estimator features and buying recommendations for your account.
- Use anonymised and aggregated patterns derived from seller data to improve our pricing and demand forecasting models, provided individual sellers cannot be identified from the aggregated output.
- Display sales estimates and price sensitivity analysis based on your historical order data. These are statistical estimates — not guarantees. You remain solely responsible for all pricing and buying decisions.
You may opt out of contributing to model improvement (while retaining full access to the service) by contacting our support team.
We will not sell your order data or use it for advertising.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use SmartBuys for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the platform. You must not attempt to access other users' data.
7. Payment and subscription
SmartBuys is currently in beta. Pricing will be communicated before any charges are applied. You will always have the option to cancel before being charged.
8. Limitation of liability
SmartBuys is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the platform. All buying decisions remain your own responsibility. We do not guarantee the accuracy of profit calculations, fee estimates or buying recommendations.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing our support team.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
